Emerging Leaders

 

Emerging leaders must focus both on managing their personal careers and on developing their teams.  Building on the leadership theory they learned at school, future leaders need to better understand their own role in accomplishing these two goals. 

This program allows participants to identify and highlight personal skills and competencies that add value to the organization. Through discussion and small group work, employees will answer such questions as, "Are my skills and competencies congruent with my team? With my organization? Do I need to develop additional or complementary skills and competencies? How can I build a more productive, cohesive team?" 

Appropriate for first time supervisors, early middle managers, and high potentials, this program encourages participants to conduct a leadership skills audit and to create a framework for future career success.
