Success for Women

Hard work is a given in attaining a successful career.  Drawing from ongoing research of women's success strategies, the presenters focus on how participants can better understand and address the particular issues that women face in proactively managing a satisfying career.  Individuals are also encouraged to create a personal success strategy by fully utilizing resources available within their organization.  Topics for discussion include:  communication style; persuasion & leadership "presence"; linking your personal style to the organizational culture; networking for success; and selecting the best mentors from both genders. 

Sessions are highly interactive and integrate opportunities to develop team-based solutions for real-life, organizational issues.

These programs are appropriate for early through mid-career women, as well as men who are interested in better understanding the issues of women in the workplace.
