The New Epic Leader

In our latest research, thought leaders from organizations worldwide shared their perspectives on future trends in leadership.  We have summarized the findings in a new model that we call “The New Epic Leader”.  Among the often-intangible characteristics that describe this individual are energy and passion, a global perspective, the ability to see the big picture, and a willingness to forge new alliances, among others.

The New Epic Leader can be found at all levels of the organization – and in non-traditional roles. Our program focuses on strategies to identify, develop, and maximize leadership capabilities, even in those often overlooked in organizations.
