Donna and Lynn Brooks

Dr. Donna Brooks has conducted extensive research on the changes in organizational culture, with her findings reported to the U.S. Department of Labor.  Having received her doctorate in Adult and Organizational Development, she is a frequent speaker for Fortune 500 corporations, major universities and political forums.  Dr. Brooks has also served as the U.S. Executive Vice-President of the European Women’s Management Development Network, based in Brussels, Belgium. She is currently a managing partner in Brooks Consulting, an international training and consulting firm.

Her twin sister, Lynn, has 15 years of experience in international sales and marketing with several multi-national corporations.  In addition, Lynn's Ph.D. research focused on leadership development in the corporate arena. 

Both Lynn and Donna have lived, worked, and traveled extensively abroad - in Europe, Asia/Pacific, Latin America, and Africa.  They both attended universities in France and Italy - Donna is conversant in four languages, while Lynn has found good use for her training in seven languages.  The Brooks twins have also been invited to attend the prestigious “Renaissance Weekend.”  

Their first two McGraw-Hill books, Seven Secrets of Successful Women (1997) and Ten Secrets of Successful Men That Women Want to Know (2002), have been translated into a total of ten languages. Their third book, Ten Secrets of Successful Leaders, was released by McGraw-Hill in Summer, 2005. 

Donna and Lynn have been interviewed by CNN, CNBC, CBS, and Fox News Television Networks, NPR and NBC National Radio, Business Week, USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, The Chicago Tribune, Fast Company, Cosmopolitan, Marie Claire, and Working Woman Magazine in the U.S., NEWS Magazine in Austria, Recruit Magazine in Hong Kong, iVillage.com, and numerous other media in the U.S. and worldwide. Their publications have been featured as Amazon.com's Business Editor's Book Choice of the Month and Women.com's Book of the Month.  In addition, Donna and Lynn hosted an eight-part documentary series on Leadership with Primedia Corporation.
